Aggregate onchain capacity stress: a single read of the cost of and competition for using the relevant blockchain networks. It is OCAPACITY's flagship index — the OCAPACITY 10 in its v0 version.

Sources: Derived: correlation-weighted (CISS) aggregation of OCAPACITY's 10 constituent indices (does not consume external sources directly).
Cadence: Recomputed every ~12 s. Each constituent's index is homogenised to [0,1] by its empirical CDF (percentile vs its own history) and the subindices are aggregated by portfolio theory with time-varying EWMA cross-correlations; a constituent without fresh data (>5 min) is excluded and the weights are renormalized.
